Yes, this is what happens when I get ideas from my exam materials  I was reading that quote and the 1st idea I got was (of course) of Vlad Tepes, then I though "why not do a group shot of him and his "contemporaries"? " So I just had to do this one.. ------ These are the 3 most important Romanian kings of the 15th century.. STEFAN CEL MARE( Stephen the great) (1457-1504) (CENTER) -Moldavia - the real-life Vlad of Hellsing, longest ruler and greatest fighter. most beloved historical figure of the country.Was short of stature. THE BAD : extreme womanising murderous bible -thumping drunkard and cunning user , looked only after his own interests [link] VLAD TEPES( Vlad the Impaler "Dracula") (1448; 1456-1562; 1476) (RIGHT) -Wallachia -you know him ; cousin of Stephen.THE BAD: gullible egotistic justiciary crybaby, thought the world was "nice and goody-like" , thus got killed off easily [link] IANCU DE HUNEDOARA (John Hunyadi) (1441-1456) (LEFT)-Transylvania - 1st Romanian to become ruler of Hungary (second being his son Mathias Corvinus) ; was appreciated for his crusades against the Turks. THE BAD: ugly (he was! o.0) treacherous unemotional uncaring bastard , let ppl around him die since it wasn't his buisness" Uncle to both of them. [link] Lovely bunch, huh? ----------- I used more unofficial art for reference since I didn't like the real paintings (and they were ugly ppl!!!) Took me almost all day and I know nobody is going to view or fave this as its a very obscure thematic and it has nothing to do with anime or furry so it's not interesting -_- ah, well, its not like i did this one FOR YOU..i did it because I wanted to.. he was actually a righteous man, he reaaally believed that if he insisted, humans would turn for the better.
of course, they didn't..he was pretty crushed to find that out..
i have a sample of both his and Stephens letters..
Vlad was pretty humble and begging for help when the Turks came as he had no support..
Stephen is scary to me though..I've never seen someone use "god" and "christian" so many times in one sentence. he was truly obsessed with religion..

you see, many ppl (still do) were either too lazy to work and pretended to be handicapped and begged on the street during the day, while at night they formed gangs and robbed people and/or killed them.
He gathered all the beggars and separated the true handicapped from the fakers and had the fakers burned down.
